Included in this lot is a Steuben Glass Trout figurine. Steuben Glass Works is an American art glass manufacturer, founded in the summer of 1903 by Frederick Carder and Thomas G. Hawkes in Corning, New York, which is in Steuben County, from which the company name was derived. This piece depicts a trout on a bronze fly. This is a gorgeous piece masterfully crafted to include air pockets through out the piece. This seamless design is prominent in the design period under the company President Arthur Houghton. The figurine measures 9.5" x 6.5" x 2.75".
