For your consideration is this original and rare photo of the old Modoc Stage on its last trip to Tombstone, Arizona, visited by the Postmaster of Tombstone in 1903. The photo was taken around March 27, 1903 when the El Paso & Southwestern R.R. Co. passenger train finally arrived in Tombstone. In the background, you can see the old fire station and in the right hand side, the train station and a train can be seen. A group of people surround the stage coach, getting a last glimpse of it before its final adventure. It shows good condition overall with wear present from its age and use over the years, but no major signs of damage is noted. The photo measures 3 3/8" L x 11 3/8" W and weighs under 6 ounces.
