Originally having two rubber rowels, one is missing and the remaining one exhibits deterioration. Measures 4.75"W x 6.75"L. The Crosby Research Foundation was started by the world famous Bing Crosby to encouraged inventors. During World War II the US Government worked with the foundation to develop products and ideas for the war effort. The foundation was also involved in the development of the atomic bomb in 1945.
