Featured in this lot is this Co. A and B 6 N.S. Infantry portrait collection circa 1874. there are four total portraits in this frame that includes these individuals: 2nd Lient. Bronson, Co. A 6 N.S. Inf. Ft A Lincoln 1874 - Capt. Stephen Baker, Co. B 6 N.S. Inf. Ft. A Lincoln 1874 - Sergt. H.H. Hudson, 6 N.S. Infantry Co. A 1873 - Mr. Seipp Post Trader Ft. A Lincoln 1874. The photographs comes with a museum or collectors tag that reads as follows: 1396-87 O'dell. The condition of this framed collection of portrait photographs is good with no obvious signs of damage to the portrait photographs and shows very minimal wear to the wooden frame. The measurements of this framed photograph collection is 12" x 9 1/2" and the visible portraits measure 2 1/2" x 1 1/2". The collective weight of this framed portrait collection is 1lb 4oz. Provenance: From the John Kleinschmidt collection which was on loan to the C.M. Russell Museum from 1987 to 1993 and included in the "The Cowboy West: 100 Years of Photography 1992-1993 exhibit.
