Featured in this lot is this Hemphill projectile point circa middle to late Archaic period and from 4,500 - 3,000 B.P. The point features a medium triangular side notched point with a flattened cross section and is excurvate the edge features parallel sides and shows a fine serrated example. The point shows broad parallel notches and is napped from a pinkish chert material. The condition of this point is good with no obvious signs of damage and shows good overall condition. The measurements of this point is 4 1/4" x 1 1/4" x 3/8".
