Featured in this lot we have a Hopkins & Allen Double Action No. 6 revolver chambered in .36 caliber. This revolver was manufactured in the late 1800's and displays 2 1/2" long octagonal barrel, five shot cylinder, rubber grips, double action trigger, and nickel finish. The top of the revolver is marked "DOUBLE ACTION NO 6 HOPKINS & ALLEN ARMS CO NORWICH. CONN. U.S.A.". Mechanically the revolver shows a crisp trigger and working hammer, with the cylinder showing some inconsistent rotation timing. The hard rubber grips display checkered designs with a "H&A" medallion across the top. The exterior of the revolver shows good condition overall with wear across the nickel finish and the trigger and hammer showing some case hardened finish. The revolver weighs 12oz.
