Featured in this lot we have a 1st Model Iver Johnson safety hammerless double action revolver chambered in .38 caliber. This revolver was manufactured in the late 1800's by Iver Johnson Arms & Cycle Works. The revolver displays a 5" long ribbed barrel, five shot cylinder, factory Iver Johnson owl head grips, and nickel finish. The top of the barrel rib is marked with "Iver Johnson Arms & Cycle Works Fitchburg MASS. U.S.A." with the patent dates. Mechanically the revolver shows good working condition with the cylinder showing good rotation. The revolver comes with a leather belt holster. This top break revolver shows fair condition overall with wear across the exterior and finish with the right grip missing a top piece. The pistol weighs 12lbs 2oz. Serial Number: 22411. This firearm qualifies as an Antique, and does not require FFL Transfer or NICS Background Check.
