For your consideration is this original painting titled, "Good Old Mountain Music" done by local Montana artist J.L. Flesch circa 1988. This painting shows a lone elk on the side of a snowy hill bugling to any female elk in the area, hoping to attract one. His breath can be seen against the black background as the nights frigid air moves in. The attention to detail in the bushes and his fur is amazing and gives a nice, cool contrast against the black background. The bottom right hand corner is signed reading, "J.L. Flesch 1988 ©". The painting is triple matted with white, beige and gray matting paper and features a metal tag in the white matting paper reading, "Good Old Mountain Music J.L. Flesch". The piece is set in a wood frame and sits behind glass to preserve its condition. The visible art measures 19 1/4" L x 14" W, while the entire piece measures 28 1/2" L x 22 5/8" W x 1 1/4" D. It has a total weight of 8 pounds and 6 ounces.
