The court document features a wonderfully and professionally crafted handwritten construction that dictates a guilty verdict (uniquely left blank) and orders a fine of $30.00 to be paid and is signed at the bottom by D.D. Colby. Alice Chambers or Dora Hand is famously the only woman to be buried at Boot Hill cemetery and is also famously the last individual buried at Boot Hill. There are mixed reports on her death, some say there are undisclosed details of her demise and other reports suggest she took a bullet meant for Mayor James Kelly just under her right arm killing her instantly.
