Featured in this lot is this Kiraku and Co. Grampus Tokyo, Japan circa 1950's. The fly rod is a segmented rod constructed from bamboo and shows a reel with a three piece segmented set up and a two piece segmented set up. The condition of this fly rod is preserved with some of the female tubes of the rod shaft loose on the rod and shows some wear to the wrapping and wear to the rod itself but otherwise shows preserved condition. The measurements of this fly rod is 8ft with the longer rod and 5 1/2ft for the shorter rod. The collective weight of this fly rod with all the shafts is 12oz.
