Featured in this lot is this Capital Stock Certificate: The Electric Light and Milling Co. out of Las Vegas, N.M. and two cabinet cards from Furlong and Crispell circa 1880's; Provenance: From the Tombstone Western Heritage Museum in Tombstone, Arizona. There is one stock certificate and two cabinet cards in this collection. The stock certificate features a 25 share purchase of capital stock in The Electric Light and Milling Co. signed by Andrieus A. Jones in 1889 prior to his service as mayor of Las Vegas, New Mexico and prior to his service as a United States Senator (1917-1927) for the customer James H. Ward who was a prominent pioneer citizen and career contractor with the AT&SF Railroad to by 25 shares in capital stock. The cabinet cards are wonderfully and professionally crafted with portrait and head shot of citizens in Las Vegas, N.M from Furlong and Crispell Gallery. A cabinet card by Furlong and Crispell of Pat Garrett sold through Bonhams for $15,300.00. The condition of this collection of Las Vegas, N.M. cabinet cards and stock certificate is well preserved with some browning to the certificate along with some repair but otherwise shows a well preserved condition. The measurements of the cabinet cards is 6 1/2" x 4 1/4" and the certificate measures 6 1/2" x 10 1/2". DH6, DH6a
