Featured in this lot is this Mexican Saltillo serape bird fetish rug circa 1960's. The serape features a wonderfully and professionally crafted wool construction that shows a lime green field that shows multiple bird fetish with yellow, red, purple, maroon and black coloration with fringe on both sides. The tag on the rug reads as follows: Made in Mexico - 100% Acrylic - Dist. by - Cuevas Crafts. The condition of this rug is preserved with some wear tot he weave of the rug but otherwise shows preserved condition. The measurements of this rug is 78" x 47".
