Featured in this lot we have a Montana custom horse collar mirror. The horse collar is made from leather and provides the frame for the mirror. The collar does have the wooden and steel hames attached. A collar such as this would have been used on a horse as it pulled a wagon or plow in the days before mechanized farm implements. The piece is marked "295H H W" across the top. The piece shows good condition with some wear on the collar. The piece measures 23" tall by 17" wide and 6 1/2" deep.
