For you bidding pleasure is this Navajo Squash Blossom & Banded Wide Ruins Rug. The Wide Ruins style of Navajo rugs borrow their design style from the Chinle rug designs, however they tend to be much more intricate in design with more colors. The Chinle characteristics in this rug include multiple horizontal bands containing four rows of squash blossoms sandwiched between two rows of banded chevrons at either end of the rug. The colors included in this rug include grey and light grey fields the squash blossoms reside in, with the banded sections showing a dark grey field with red horizontal lines. Each end is bordered with black with orange banded design followed by a dark brown. The field the chevrons reside in is red showing the the chevrons themselves in a white. The measurements of this rug are 51 1/2" x 31 1/2".
