Darwin Tsoodle Kiowa (Dau-Law-Taine) is a Native American artist who was born in Anadarko, Oklahoma and is known for his depictions of Native American Braves on horseback. This painting depicts a Native American man standing in the night with trees and the moon in the background. This piece shows incredible attention to detail to the hair of the Native, the cheek bones, and the branches of the trees. The art shows wonderful use of color and excellent style. The piece is signed in the bottom right hand corner, reading "Dau-Law-Taine Kiowa copyright 2020". The canvas is placed in a black frame with red spots. The piece is in pristine condition and has no obvious signs of damage. The piece measures 8 1/4" by 10 1/4".
