Featured in this lot, is a second Schlechten birds eye view of Bozeman photo from the Bud Chapman collection. This photo was taken from the same vantage point as the previous, Story Hills. In this photo, more of the foreground is included and one can see the East Gallatin winding its way north of town. In the photo in the previous lot, there were three buildings in the foreground with freshly painted wording; the wording on those buildings in this photo is shown to have deteriorated some. The lower right center of this photograph is stamped "Bozeman, Mont. 15. A. Schlechten.", placing this photo 5 years after the previous photo. Not much seems to have changed in the intervening 5 years. The most obvious change, aside from the aforementioned deteriorating painted signage, is the addition of a smaller, stepped building across the street from the Lehrkind Brewery. This framed photograph is in good condition and shares the same dimensions as the one in the previous lot: 15.5" x 12.5".
