Featured in this lot is this Plateau Indians, fully top beaded moccasins, circa 1950's. This pair of moccasins shows a beautiful geometric pattern in a fully top beaded decoration. The glass trade seed beads are in colors of chalk white (as the background field), with geometric patterns made up of black, medium blue, yellow, red, and orange trade seed beads. The moccasins show Indian tanned hide construction with a bifurcated back and harness saddle, harden leather soles. The condition of these moccasins is excellent and would display well in any Native American Collection. The measurements of these moccasins are 3" x 3 1/2" x 10".
