Featured in this lot is this beautiful oil on canvas titled "The Green Bowl" done by Richard A. Lyons (1930-2013) circa 1970-90s. Richard was born in Middletown, Ohio on August 2nd, 1930. He passed away in Centerville, Ohio August 29th, 2013. The painting shows a yellow background, while a green bowl filled with various flowers sits on a table in the foreground. The bowl shows a dark green color while the flowers situated in the bowl show colors of blue, red, green, yellow, red and brown throughout. The bottom left shows the artist's signature reading, "Lyons". The piece is set in a beautiful and intricate frame showing a wood construction and floral designs throughout. The art and frame show good condition overall with some wear present of the frame but no signs of obvious damage is noted. The visible art measures 19 1/2" L x 15 5/8" W, while the entire piece measures 29 3/4" L x 25 3/4" W x 1 7/8" D.
