Featured in this lot we have a pair of Spanish military bayonets including the Mauser Standard model and M1964 CETME bayonets with sheaths. The Spanish M1964 bayonet is designed for the 8mm Mauser 1944 rifle with the design copied off the German M1884/98 bayonets. The bayonet displays a single edged design with a fuller running along both sides, small steel guard, and wooden grips. The pommel of the piece displays the single rifle attachment point. It comes with a full steel sheath with a canvas belt frog. Next we have a Spanish M1964 bayonet used for 7.62 mm NATO caliber CETME model C selective-fire rifle. The bayonet features a plastic checkered grips with a unfullered bolo blade. The bayonet comes with a plastic and metal sheath with canvas belt point and cord tied to the end. Both bayonets show good condition overall with some wear due to age and use. The bayonets weigh 2lbs 12oz. The first bayonet measures 15 1/4" long with the blade being 10" long blade with the second measuring 13 1/4" long with the blade being 8 3/4" long.
