Featured in this lot we have a Stevens 2nd model rolling block rifle chambered in .22 LR. The rifle was manufactured in the early 1900's by J. Stevens A&T Company and comes from the Tombstone Western Heritage Museum in Tombstone, Arizona. The rifle displays a 22" long round barrel, walnut sock, fixed sights, falling block design, and single action hammer. The top of the barrel is marked with "J. STEVENS A. & T. CO. CHICOPEE FALLS MASS U.S.A. PAT. APR. 17. 94". The rifle shows a square back frame and takedown screw with D ring. Mechanically the rifle shows good working condition with a smooth falling block and crisp trigger. The rifle shows good condition overall for its age with a warm patina across the barrel and frame with some light wear due to age and handling. It weighs 4lbs 2oz. Serial Number: 12883. This firearm qualifies as a Curio & Relic firearm, and requires FFL Transfer or NICS Background Check.
