For sale in this lot we have an appointment of agent paper for the Territory of Oklahoma originating from December of 1905. The paper is the appointment of an agent of the Territory of Oklahoma to retrieve fugitives of justice who fled to Texas. The paper states that the agent has authority from Oklahoma to go and pick up the fugitives and return to Oklahoma unhindered and unmolested. The papers are in good condition for their age. The papers measures 17 1/2" tall by 11 1/4" wide.
