For your consideration are ten Easton Press leather bound & gilt fictional books from various authors, presented and printed by The Easton Press circa 1976-1982. The books show beautiful colors of leather binding and various designs of gold gilt on the spines and front covers. The edges of the paper are also gilted in gold color. The books in this collection are as follows - "The Magnificent Ambersons" by Booth Tarkington and illustrated by Roy Anderson, "Winesburg, Ohio" by Sherwood Anderson and illustrated by Miki, "Angle of Repose" by Wallace Stegner and illustrated by Kenneth Francis Dewey, "Katherine Mansfield Short Stories" illustrated by John D. Dawson, "The Fortunes and Misfortunes of the Famous Moll Flanders" by Daniel Defoe and illustrated by David Palladini, "The Collected Stories of Jean Stafford" illustrated by Barron Storey, "The Best of Sherlock Holmes" by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle and illustrated by Ben F. Stahl, "The Collected Stories of Katherine Anne Porter" illustrated by George Jones, "Animal Farm" by George Orwell and illustrated by Margaret Cusack, lastly "Seven Gothic Tales" by Isak Dineson and illustrated by Bernard D'Andrea. The books show good condition overall with little to no wear present and no signs of damage. They measure from 9 1/8" L x 5 5/8" W x 1 3/8" D to 9 1/2" L x 6 1/2" W x 1 15/16" D. They have a collective weight of 22 pounds and 6 ounces.
