Presented in this lot is the First Edition "The Illustrated Directory of Guns", by David Miller, 2005, Colin Gower Enterprises, Ltd., publisher, 2,000 full colour illustrations. "The Illustrated Directory of Guns A Collector's Guide to Over 2,000 Military, Sporting and Antique Firearms", written by a technical expert who has fired many of the guns featured, this book includes wide and varied assemblage of weapons from each of the world’s major manufacturing countries. The Illustrated Directory provides readers with a fully illustrated, comprehensive reference book packed with timelines, historical facts, and images designed to inform and excite, a necessary addition to any enthusiast's library. The book is organized by category of firearm, and within that, by country of manufacturer, and within that, alphabetically by manufacturer. This white cloth bound illustrated hardcover is in good overall condition, slight scuffing observed on cover edges, intact pages are clean and bright, moisture staining and warping exhibited to last 125 pages, no other obvious marring noted. Original illustrated paper dust jacket exhibits slight tears, moisture staining. Measures 9.25"W x 12.25"L x 1.75"D
