Featured in this lot is this Tombstone, Arizona Territory found gambling personal effects circa 19th century and were housed in the Tombstone Western Heritage Museum; Provenance: From the Tombstone Western Heritage Museum in Tombstone, Arizona. The collection includes a pair of bone dice, three bone or i.vory tusk poker chips, one pair of gambling cheater glasses, one cigar cutter, and one personal collapsible shot glass. The first item is the personal shot glass, housed in a leather carrying case and is collapsible with a house hallmark with an 'R' in the middle. The second string of items are the three bone or i.vory tusk poker chips circa mid 19th century with red coloration and circular design. The next is the pair of dice with bone construction that shows black coloration to the dots on the dice, scrimshaw. The next item is a pair of gambling cheaters glasses used to see marks on cards that would be otherwise invisible to the naked eye with green coloration to thew lenses. The last is a personal cigar cutter that strips the end of the cigar for a stronger smoke flow and is marked as follows: Rostfrei - Pfeilring Solingen - DBGM. The condition of this collection of gambling effects is well preserved with some slight wear to the dice and fading to the leather carrying case of the shot glass but otherwise shows a well preserved overall condition. The measurements of this collection range from 3/8" x 3/8" x 3/8" to 7/8" x 4 7/8" x 5". The collective weight of this gambling collection is 117.8g.
