Included in this lot we have a original Werner Gisin oil on canvas titles The grand Teton Mountains. Werner Gisin is a Swiss American painter (1918- 2006) who was known for his landscapes, particularly mountain landscapes. He has done a number of paintings depicting the Grand Teton Mountains and seamed to have a love of these mountains. The painting shows the mountains in a grandiose landscape. The Grand Teton mountains take up most of the painting with a few trees in the foreground and a dark cloudy sky above. The piece is signed in the bottom right hand side. The painting is set in a glint wood and gesso frame. The piece is in good condition overall with some slight wear. The frame measures 40 1/2" wide by 50 1/2" tall.
