Included in this lot we have a World War II trench fighting knife with eagle head pommel and leather sheath. The knife shows a steel bowie style blade with saw teeth along the back. The handle is made of aluminum with the pommel made in the shape of an eagles head with stone eyes. The piece is marked on the side of the handle "44". The sheath shows leather construction held together by rivets. Overall the knife shows good condition with some wear and tarnish on the blade. The knife measures 11" long with a 7" blade.
