Featured in this lot is this WWII era clip point trench theater fighting knife, circa 1945. The knife features a clip point design with a sharp edge, ring composite, and aluminum construction for the handle with an aluminum hilt. The sheath features a leather construction with 'MF' tooled into it with buck stitching and an adornment of braided wires to the front. The condition of this knife is fair, with the pommel and bottom composite ring showing loose condition. The measurements of this knife in the sheath are 12" x 2 1/2" x 1 1/2" and the blade length is 6 1/8".
