For your consideration are eight pieces of Yellowstone National Park ephemera circa early to mid 1900s. This lot includes eight ephemera items from Yellowstone National Park which includes a leather coin purse, a leather booklet from needles and pins, a coat hanger and cigar lighter in a small leather pouch, a pin from Yellowstone Western Stage Company, a fish in a crate acting as a gag gift/letter, a wood pipe with the face of a Native American and a metal hook in a leather pouch. The leather coin purse is marked reading, "Yellowstone Park" on one side while the other shows an image of a bear. The faux fish in a box reads on the back, "The Fish I Promised To Send To You". The leather needles and pins booklet is marked reading, "Needles and Pins Yellowstone Park". The small coat hanger and cigar lighter pouch features a single match and a single nail and reads, "Yellowstone Park" on one side and "Coat Hanger & Cigar Lighter" on the opposite side. The red pin reads, "Yellowstone Western Stage Co. 1915" in white lettering. The metal hook comes in a small pouch with a button and reads, "Yellowstone Park". The pipe is carved from wood and shows the man with a long nose. The nose is marked and reads, "Yellowstone Park" but the park lettering has since faded away. The final piece of ephemera in this lot are eight Yellowstone Park coasters made from thin cloth and wax paper. They show a white background with a green image of a brown bear and green lettering reading, "Yellowstone Park". The pieces show good condition overall with wear present from their age and use over the years but no major signs of damage or wear is noted. The nose on the tobacco pipe is slightly lose but still connected. The pieces measure from 2" L x 4 7/8" W to 1 1/4" L x 1 1/4" W and have a collective weight of 4 ounces.
