Featured in this lot we have a J. Stevens A&T Co. Tip Up single shot rifle chambered in .22 caliber rimfire. This rifle was manufactured between 1888 and 1895. This rifle come From the Tombstone Western Heritage Museum in Tombstone, Arizona. It displays a 24" long barrel with a half round half octagonal design, walnut stock, nickel finished frame, tip-up design, and single action hammer. The top of the barrel is marked "J. STEVENS A & T. CO. CHICCPEE FALLS. MASS. U.S.A. PAT. SEP 16. 1864". The tang of the rifle displays an adjustable folding peep sight. The rifle shows good condition overall with some light wear. The rifle weighs 7lbs 4oz. Serial Number: 37961. This firearm qualifies as an Antique, and does not require FFL Transfer or NICS Background Check.
