For your consideration is an original framed and signed oil on paper done by renowned Mississippi artist, Jann Daughdrill (1954-), titled "PR Warrior", circa 1990-2000s. Jann Daughdrill is a classically trained artist who grew up in Mississippi and was influenced by works by Van Dyck, Sargent, William Merritt Chase, and Winterhalter, among others. Jann currently paints and resides in Panama City, Florida. The painting shows two Native American warriors on horseback in the middle of a field as one raises his fist and spear into the air, while the other appears to scan the surrounding area. A river can be seen in the background and the skies are clear showing a light blue and pale yellow color. The piece is signed by the artist in the bottom right hand corner in pencil reading, "Daughdrill". The artwork and frame show good condition overall with wear present to the painting as crease lines are present.
