Featured in this lot we have a Steven's crack shot model 26 single shot falling block rifle chambered in .22 caliber. This rifle comes from the Tombstone Western Heritage Museum in Tombstone, Arizona. It displays a 18" long round barrel, falling block lever action, walnut stock, and fixed iron sights. The rifle shows a take-down screw on the underside of the frame. The barrel is marked "J. STEVENS ARMS & TOOL CO. CHICOPEE FALLS. MASS. U.S.A. ~ Pat Appl'd For 22- LONG RIFLE" with the left side of the frame marked with "CRACK SHOT-26". The Model 26 Crack Shot was manufactured between 1913 and 194. The rifle shows good condition overall with some light wear and patina. It weighs 3lbs 2oz. No Serial Number. This firearm qualifies as a Curio & Relic firearm, and requires FFL Transfer or NICS Background Check.
